Quality Control

We have five main steps of QC process to ensure the goods quality before shipment at present,

*Melting Point Testing

By drying oven equipment to test the thermal endurance (Such as :OB≤ 220℃, OB-1≤ 300℃)

*Purity Testing

By liquid chromatography,for OB,OB-1,it should be ≥99%.

*Solubility Testing,

To make sure whether the material can dissolve it in organic solution or not,

*Appearance Color Detection,

it can be adjustable to the requirement.

*Color Light testing

By GC equipment, to ensure the finished products to be Red,Blue or White in color effect

Besides above tests ,we other testings,such as,Mesh testing for granular size; Ash testing for impurity etc.
